You walk up to the rack and you cannot remember what you did last week. monkigym keeps every set you have ever logged, tells you what to load today, and shows the line going up over the months.
Right now you get in with an invite from whoever sent you this. No invite? Leave your email below and we will send you one when a spot opens. No card, no ads, nothing to cancel.

What you lifted, what to lift now, and why. That is the app.

Every finished session turns into a picture: how much you moved week by week, and how one exercise has gone over the months with your records marked on it. The whole log is there too, session by session, back to the first one.
Today's number is worked out, not guessed. It reads your last sessions, rounds to the plates you actually have, and refuses a jump nobody could make. Ask it why and you get the same straight answer every time: three hard sessions at 60 kg, so drop to 55.
Tell it the routine is too long, that Thursdays never happen, that your shoulder hurts on overhead press, and it rewrites the plan with you: you see exactly what changes before anything is saved. It leaves you a note after each session too, and it answers in whatever language you write to it.
No signal where you train? Log the whole session anyway. Every set is written to the phone the moment you tap DONE and syncs itself when you walk back into the light.
No weigh-ins, no BMI, no measurements, no progress photos. And your training stays yours: export the whole thing as one file whenever you like, and delete the account whole when you are done.
Sets pay XP, XP is levels, and your character puts the gear on where you can see it: headband, wristbands, belt, boots.
Eight characters, and you pick who trains with you. A few of them you have to earn.
There are badges for the moments that count (your first workout, your first record, a hundred sets) and a medal for every week and every month you hit your goal. They stack up in the trophy room, and the good ones you can show off.
It never takes points away. Leave the routine half done and you lose nothing: no debt, no guilt, no streak to defend at 11pm. The app says 3 OF 6 and moves on.
Add a friend and you share levels, streaks, medals and how many sessions each of you got in this week. Train side by side and you can even borrow the shape of their routine for the day.
Bring a phone and the invite. The app handles the rest.
